If you want to have DuckTV in your Jellyfin, Plex, Kodi, or Emby, then try googling the relevant live tv tutorial. (Plex might be idiotic and you might need the Plex Pass (TM) which is basically a capitalist ransom scan to watch your own media (or my media, in this case). In any case, you're gonna need the M3U file as well as the XMLTV file. use these:
